I actually did come back but, I guess, didn’t call it out explicitly:

Motorola lets you hide Android’s navigation bar (see the photo above) and swipe left on the fingerprint sensor to go back and right for app switcher (reversible).

So, provided there’s no navigation on my screen 5.5" on the Moto and there’s nav on 5.7" screen on the Lumia, I can speculate that screen sizes are more or less the same.
